Download the application PDF and complete all required sections before uploading.

Step 2: Upload the application

Please upload your completed application before submitting payment to admissions@cuinstitute.com

Accepted format: PDF only.

Please ensure the application is complete before uploading.

Applications will be reviewed after both the completed application and payment are received.
