Can I work while in the program?

Some students work part-time, but the schedule is demanding.  We recommend flexible or weekend employment if you plan to work.

I’m from out of town - are there housing options?

Yes.  While we don’t provide on-campus housing, we share resources for local rentals, roommate matching, and student-friendly apartments near campus.

Will I need a car?

Yes.  Most clinical sites are within 90 miles of our Mobile, AL campus, and reliable transportation is required.  Parking is free on campus.

How do I get to Mobile if I'm traveling from out of state?

Mobile Regional Airport (MOB), Pensacola International Airport (PNS), and Gulfport-Biloxi International Airport (GPT) are the closest airports.  We recommend arriving at least a few days before orientation to settle in.
